You will act as the voice of the brand, ensuring that each customer receives a personalized and comprehensive service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer emails regarding product inquiries, order status, payment issues, and general concerns.
  • Assist in resolving any customer complaints with patience and a solution-oriented approach.
  • Collaborate with our sales and logistics teams to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field; experience in the retail or fashion industry is highly preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer issues effectively and courteously.
  • Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining productivity and meeting deadlines.
